Our services
ITAnexa provides digital services including web development, Shopify store development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management and content writing. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in a written proposal, quotation or agreement before work begins.
Quotes and payments
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, or 15 days if no period is stated.
- Projects normally start after the agreed advance payment is received.
- Monthly services (such as SEO, ads management and social media management) are billed in advance at the start of each month unless agreed otherwise.
- Advertising budgets for Google Ads, Meta Ads or other platforms are paid separately by the client and are not included in our management fee unless clearly stated.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content, logins and approvals on time
- Make sure you own or have permission to use any content, images or trademarks you give us
- Review and approve work within a reasonable time
Delays in receiving content or approvals may affect project timelines.
Results
We use proven methods and work hard to achieve the best results. However, search engine rankings, ad performance, sales and leads depend on many factors outside our control (such as platform algorithms, competition and market conditions). We therefore do not guarantee specific rankings, sales or results.
Intellectual property
After full payment, the final approved deliverables created specifically for you (such as website designs and content) belong to you. We may keep the right to show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
Third-party platforms
Our work often relies on platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Google, Meta and hosting providers. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by these platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ITAnexa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or business, arising from the use of our Website or services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing monthly service with written notice as agreed in the proposal. Work completed up to the end date remains payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our Website or services means you accept the updated terms.
